Alix runs Caiger & Co. Catering which she set up after graduating from university, where she gained a reputation for excellent cooking and dinner parties. She trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine, and has a wide range of experience in the catering industry from working with events companies to private chef work. At Caiger & Co. we cater for a variety of events and functions. We have a loyal and highly skilled team, from cocktail staff to chefs, waitresses, florists and photographers. Whether you want a private chef for a special dinner or a full scale team for a wedding or large corporate function, we can provide staff. All of our menus are bespoke and season and we source for local and well loved artisan and organic providers.
